My goal is help girls become strong and confident with easy workout and meal plan ideas that are easy to maintain.
Over the past few years, exercise and nutrition have become a big part of my life. Those who know me know that I am beyond passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, but this extreme involvement did not appear out of thin air.
In high school I was always active on a sports team, specifically track, but I never took the time to think about nutrition. And, when I started college, I started to put a lot more emphasis on how I looked in the mirror, realizing that fitness was only one component of looking and feeling the way I wanted to. Now, as a junior, I can say that I am in a place where I am not just happy and healthy physically, but mentally as well. I want to show other girls that they can get to a healthy place emotionally and physically. My goal for this website is to help young woman stay fit, positive, and achieve confidence in themselves.
